Develop Your Own “Trust Circle”

15.f

Sometimes, we don’t seek any support even if we are stressed because we don’t trust someone. Everyone looking for support needs a “go-to” person with whom he/she can share anything causing trouble so that they can feel better.

We, as the servants of society, don't want to give people an added burden of our problems. However, to tackle such situations, you also need a person whom you can trust; a person who is there to support you whenever you need him/her and who appreciates the fact that you trust him/her.

A mentor is also a trusted and experienced advisor. I keep in touch with people who treat me as their mentor, and it is an honor for me to be trusted by them. In fact, some of them have never met me but what keeps us bonded is the trust factor. Besides, we have a two-way relation as I can count on them whenever I need them. I would say it is very important to develop a “trust circle” and earn people’s trust.
